Dr Jackie Allt: Director Of Spring Psychology and Coaching
I specialise in working with leaders, high achievers and professionals; often working in high performance environments. I am dual trained as both an executive/leadership coach and consultant clinical psychologist with over 25 years’ experience. I work with execs, senior leaders, teams and practitioners to provide coaching, consultation, supervision and therapy for those that want to go beyond the boundaries of coaching.
I’ve held substantial senior leadership roles, including as Chief Psychologist during the COVID-19 pandemic, when I was a founding member of an NHS trust staff wellbeing response supporting frontline professionals through trauma, uncertainty, and burnout. I have led high performing, award winning, teams in face paced environments. These role have shaped my understanding of the complexities, demands, and interpersonal dynamics faced by senior leaders – and I bring that depth into every coaching and consulting engagement
My approach is grounded in a deep knowledge of psychological theory and Tavistock systems thinking. I am complex thinker and a collaborative partner who helps leaders and teams to make sense of ambiguity, shift entrenched dynamics, and step into more authentic, effective leadership.
My clients tell me I have a particular skill in creating psychological safety where leaders can explore knotty issues safely. I have a warm and pragmatic style that offers constructive challenge and accountability.
My skill set and experience leaves me well suited to provide high end executive and leadership coaching across a range of sectors including the legal, financial, corporate sectors. I work with clients with ADHD, with an awareness of the strengths and challenges.
