I am an executive and leadership coach, accredited for individual practice as senior practitioner with the European Mentoring Coaching Council Global (EMCC). As Chief Psychologist, I led, and delivered services, in high pressure environments and bring this experience into all my coaching work.
My approach:
- Collaborative – I start with ‘what matters to you’
- Offers a psychologically ‘safe space’ to explore knotty issues often ‘under the surface’ to enhance performance
- Draws on deep knowledge of evidence-based psychological frameworks such systemic, cognitive behavioural and psychodynamic approaches.
- Holds a focus on wellbeing in the workplace
You may choose to work with me if you are:

- An executive, or very senior leader who is motivated to develop their leadership and understanding to improve skills and performance
- A leader at a point of change or transition, at any point in their career
- A leader who would value time, and a safe space, to reflect on their strategies for promoting wellbeing, such as working with burnout, time management, dealing with conflict, confidence, imposter syndrome, impact and work life balance.
Coaching packages: 6, 8 or 12 sessions (1.5 hours) per year.
